By downloading, installing, or using UnfreezeMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
UnfreezeMe is a productivity app that uses AI to help users overcome task paralysis by breaking overwhelming tasks into small, manageable micro-steps. The App analyzes photos of tasks using Google Gemini AI and generates personalized action plans.
The micro-step suggestions provided by UnfreezeMe are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as helpful guidance only. The App does not provide professional advice of any kind. AI suggestions may not always be perfectly accurate or appropriate for your specific situation.
UnfreezeMe, its design, code, and content are owned by Futuron Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
If the App offers premium features via subscription, payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will be suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
