UnfreezeMe ("the App") is developed by Futuron Inc. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Photos you take: When you use the "Snap Your Mess" feature, your photo is sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis. The photo is used solely to generate your personalized micro-step plan. We do not store your photos on any server.

Session data: Your unfreeze sessions, step completions, streaks, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone.

No accounts: UnfreezeMe does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers.

Third-Party AI Service

UnfreezeMe uses Google Gemini AI to analyze photos and generate task steps. When you submit a photo for analysis:

The photo is sent to Google's servers for processing
Google processes the image to generate text-based task recommendations
Google's use of this data is governed by their own privacy policy

AI Consent

Before using photo analysis features, the App requires you to explicitly consent to your photos being processed by Google Gemini AI. You must tap "I Agree" to proceed. You can revoke this consent at any time in the App's Settings.

Data Storage

All session data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage
Before/after photos are saved to your device's local storage, not uploaded to any server
Sharing before/after cards is always opt-in and uses the standard iOS share sheet

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifiers
We do not use analytics or tracking services
We do not sell any data to third parties
We do not store photos on our servers

Notifications

If you opt in to notifications, we send local reminders to check in. These are generated on-device and are not push notifications from a server.

Children's Privacy

UnfreezeMe is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
